Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zrobymo! mobile application and the website at zrobymo.app (together, the "Service"), operated by Rodion Hrinberh - ON TECH, registered at Gorkého 205/3, 811 01 Bratislava-Staré Mesto, Slovakia ("we," "us," "our").

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Zrobymo! is a directory application that helps users in Czechia and Slovakia find local service providers — such as auto repair shops, medical practices, legal and accounting services, cleaning services, and similar businesses ("Listed Businesses") — read and post reviews, and contact Listed Businesses directly.

Zrobymo! is not a party to any transaction, appointment, purchase, or agreement between a user and a Listed Business. We do not employ, endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any Listed Business or its services.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Accounts

To use certain features (writing reviews, voting on reviews, saving preferences), you must register an account. Registration requires a valid email address and a password; a phone number is optional and, where provided, is used only for Czechia/Slovakia-region verification.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password;
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You may use the Service without an account ("guest mode") with reduced functionality (no writing or voting on reviews).

4. User Content

"User Content" means any reviews, ratings, photos, or other material you submit through the Service.

4.1 Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you represent that it is accurate to your own experience, that you have the right to post it (including any photos), and that it does not violate these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited content. You may not submit content that is:

• Spam or unrelated to a genuine review of a Listed Business;
• Abusive, harassing, or hateful toward any person;
• False, misleading, or does not reflect a genuine experience with the Listed Business;
• In violation of any third party's rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights);
• Unlawful under the laws of Czechia, Slovakia, or the European Union.

4.3 License to us. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it within the Service, for as long as your account or the content remains active, solely for operating and promoting the Service.

4.4 Moderation. We may review, hide, edit the visibility of, or remove User Content at our discretion, including in response to a report from another user. Other users may report content they believe violates these Terms (as spam, abusive, false, or for another stated reason) or block an author whose reviews they no longer wish to see.

4.5 Deleted accounts. If you delete your account, your reviews are anonymized (attributed to "Deleted user") rather than removed outright, so that the review record for a Listed Business remains intact; any helpful/unhelpful votes on your past reviews are preserved.

5. Listed Businesses

Information about Listed Businesses (contact details, hours, categories, descriptions) is provided by the businesses themselves or compiled from public sources, and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee its accuracy and are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on it. Contacting or engaging a Listed Business is solely between you and that business.

6. Premium Subscription

6.1 What Premium includes. A Zrobymo! Premium subscription removes advertising and provides immediate access to Listed Business contact details (which free-tier users can otherwise access by watching a rewarded ad).

6.2 Billing. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, at the price shown at the time of purchase in your local storefront currency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

6.3 Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies — we do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves.

6.4 Free trial (if offered). If a free trial is offered, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before it ends.

7. Advertising

The free tier of the Service displays advertising, including rewarded video ads that unlock access to a Listed Business's contact details. Ads are provided by third-party ad networks (currently Google AdMob); your interaction with ad content is subject to that network's own terms. If an ad fails to load, we will still grant you access to the underlying content or action (e.g., we still reveal the phone number) rather than block you.

8. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we may send you notifications relevant to your set language, country, and city, including service announcements and, from time to time, promotional messages. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device's system settings.

9. Intellectual Property

The Zrobymo! name, logo, wordmark, and the Service's design, software, and content (excluding User Content and Listed Business information) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as necessary for your own personal, non-commercial use of it.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including repeated submission of prohibited User Content. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service or of any Listed Business information. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from your dealings with any Listed Business. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Czech/Slovak or EU consumer protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify registered users by email to the address on their account before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here deprives you of the protections you're entitled to as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence, where applicable under EU consumer protection rules.
